ALL AGES & FITNESS LEVEL Private training. Tailored to your individual needs, our training sessions fast-track your progress in tennis and/or pickleball. Our Coach will guide you through a structured, periodised program to help you reach your full athletic potential. Additionally, you may invite ONE friend, spouse or family member (within a similar age group) to join you on this transformative & exciting fitness journey. Class topic includes; flexibility, core and balance, coordination, sports performance, endurance and resistance training. We provide towels and a dedicated playroom for kids. This class reservation can be utilised either as a Private Junior (under 18 years old) or a Private Adult (over 18 years old). Inclusive with your session credit is attendance for 1 or 2 Junior participants or, for 1 or 2 Adult participants, as you may invite a spouse, sibling or friend to join similar age (kindly note, Junior & Adults participants must take separate classes). • Health & Safety Measures and Professional Liability, attendance of all classes is restricted to a coach & participant(s) only (‘No Spectators’ permitted). • Cancellation & Credit Return, you may cancel a booking up to 12 hours prior to class & receive a return of your credit. If you cancel your booking within less than 12 hours notice, you will lose your credit. Please bring sports attire, water bottle & high energy!
